Se trata del LV-MLO un boeing 747-287B de Aerolíneas Argentinas (Livery ibérico) el cual da mucha curiosidad el livery comparado al de sus hermanas que sus livery's son mas actualizados. Ya que LV-MLO fue retirado del servicio en 2002, distinto caso el de sus hermanas que fueron retiradas en 2006 y 2008
Muchas teorías existen acerca de la explicación, pero la que mas resuena en el internet la de que el avión esta embrujado.
Muchos dicen que es por el registro que posee el avión "MaLO" y/o por una azafata.
Según cuentan los rumores de que una azafata recorre los pasillos del avión ya que este era su preferido al momento de volar o tal vez al ser creyente (El avión fue bautizado el 8 de diciembre de 1978 en el día de la virgen). La azafata en cuestión contrajo una enfermedad terminal, por lo cual esta pidió que todos sus vuelos fueran en su aeronave preferida, según rumores ya que ella creía que al haber sido bautizado en una fecha religiosa el avión la protegería. Horas después de haber aterrizado ella murió lejos del rugido de los motores de su avión preferido. Entonces empezó a circular los rumores que su espectro deambulaba por el avión, y esta genero pánico para quienes realizaban mantenimientos de rutina al MLO.
Mucha gente comentaba que sucedían cosas extrañas, que desaparecían herramientas, teléfonos descolgados, ruidos extraños y algunos aseguran haberse cruzado con ella mientras el avión estaba completamente vació.
Los sucesos hacían que los mecánicos se oponían a hacer sus labores en el avión y personal de seguridad que vigilaba el avión se negaban a hacerlo.
Meses después de la muerte de la azafata el MLO estaba siendo revisado en los hangares del Aeropuerto de Ezeiza ya que presentaba problemas en los circuitos eléctricos. Unos mecánicos divisaron una figura borrosa en la bodega de carga trasera. El avión fue revisado completamente y no se encontró nada.
En otra oportunidad mientras la gente de limpieza realizaba sus labores en la cabina superior escucharon ruidos que provenían de abajo, al ir a revisar uno de ellos diviso a una silueta humana con el uniforme de azafata de la aerolínea. Y desde ese entonces el avión fue adquiriendo fama entre quienes trabajaban en la aerolínea.
Todos estos sucesos sumado a la antigüedad del avión hizo que este quedara fuera de servicio en enero del 2002.
La ultima vez que fue divisada fue cuando los motores del MLO estaban siendo desmontados ya que este estaba en proceso de ser deshuesado. Cuando cinco mecánicos escucharon fuertes ruidos provenientes de la bodega de carga delantera, revisaron la bodega sin lograr encontrar algo.Al no encontrar la fuente del ruido continuaron sus labores hasta que fuertes ruidos provenían del fuselaje. Al no haber escalera y las puertas de acceso cerradas, un operario uso una grúa para ver a través de las ventanillas este diviso una azafata caminando por los pasillos del avion, el avion fue revisado pero como siempre no se encontró nada. Rumores dicen que era un intento de la azafata para evitar que su preferido fuese deshuesado.
Muchos dicen que ella dejo de aparecerse en el avión ya que al no poseer motores este no volvería a volar. Pero los rumores y el temor de la gente hacia el avión y su espectro hicieron que el LV-MLO quedara abandonado sin que lograse ser deshuesado por temor de que la azafata arremetiese ante cualquiera que intente deshuesar al MaLO.
En 2014 varios aviones des programados se pusieron a la venta entre ellos el LV-MLO pero este no se logro vender. Hasta el día de hoy MLO sigue siendo evitado por los cuidadores, y sigue siendo un misterio no solo para la aviación argentina, sino que mundial.
